David A. Fettner is an attorney licensed in the State of Texas.  David A. Fettner has 30 years of experience in corporate litigation, business, real estate and collection matters.  Mr. Fettner has served as registered agent to many corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, professional associations, professional corporations and other business entities in the State of Texas.  David A. Fettner has handled more than 600 litigation matters to conclusion, including judgment, settlement and/or dismissals.    Mr. Fettner has also served as a Court-Appointed Receiver in over 800 cases for many different Texas State District, County and Justice courts, as well as several different federal district and bankruptcy courts. In the course of his career, Mr. Fettner has negotiated and/or documented hundreds of contracts, leases and transactions. Mr. Fettner is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Attorneys’ national session and was also a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

James E. Thompson is an attorney in the state of Texas.  Mr. Thompson has assisted Mr. Fettner in serving as registered agent of  hundreds of corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, professional associations, professional corporations and other business entities in the State of Texas. James E. Thompson has handled numerous litigation, collection, receivership and appellate matters. Mr. Thompson has also handled corporate and real estate matters for entrepreneurs and businesses in the Houston area. Before joining the firm, Mr. Thompson served as the briefing attorney for Justice Brian Quinn of the Texas Seventh Court of Appeals.

Dustin C. Lee graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2009 and was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in November 2009. Since becoming an attorney, Mr. Lee has worked on commercial litigation, commercial transactions, real estate, receivership and collections matters.
